SHIPPING:
Items are shipped via US postal, UPS, or Fedex. Express shipping will take 1-3 business days in the US. Regular shipping will take up to 5-7 business days in US, 7-14 business days to Canada or southern America countries.

All orders are processed and shipped on the next day if orders place before 4PM Pacific Time .

We offer a wide range of shipping options for our customers based on economic and speed of shipment. All shipping is done via Express Service or Priority Service. We promptly process all orders received and guarantee to ship all orders within 24 hours, most cases products are shipped the same day. However, please keep in mind that there are no Saturday, Sunday and holiday pick-ups or deliveries.

Shipping insurance is optional. It is up to the buyer to decide to purchase it or not.

Our shipping rates reflect 48 states of the US and Canada only. If you order from another state, please contact us for detail. Also our flat shipping are subject to change. Thank you.

RETURN & USAGE POLICY:

All SATCYBER products are professionally manufactured. All our new products have 2 years manufacture warranty against factory defects. If you are having any issues with any products you have ordered within the last 30 days, feel free to email us directly for more information. All exchange need authorization number. Please contact at sales@ftacyber.com for mailing address
All sales are final. We will NOT refund any products purchased. However we will exchange products which found to be manufacture defective. Please make sure you know what you are doing with the products before contacting us for exchange.
Receiver with changing the manufacture firmware will be voided the warranty from our store and/or warranty from manufacture. Take your own risk to play around with the firmware.
Defective receiver is considered if and only if the receiver has not changed the firmware and have a problem.
We DO NOT condone the use of these receivers or any satellite equipment for illegal purposes. There are plenty forums out there to view further discussions of that nature. We will however help customers determine if the product is defective. E-mail us if you have any problems with any of our products, one of our in-house technicians will attempt to troubleshoot your devices to solve the issue, and exchange it if necessary.
We do not response for any of illegal operation to use these products to again the law. To use these products to steal the signal with out authorization is considered crime and will be prohibited by the US criminal law. Take your own risk with the illegal tasks .
We will NOT refund for support membership fee.

CONDITIONS:
If you think the product is truly defective, you can send it back to us for testing. If we find the product is defective we will gladly exchange the product(s) and return them to you at our expense. IF the product is found to be in working order, you will be responsible for all shipping expenses and will be subject to a handling fee of $10.00 USD.
